1. Introduction & acceptance
These Terms govern the provision of corporate Spanish-language training services by Parler Pro ("Parler Pro", "we", "us" or "our"). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or this website.

2. Definitions
- Client — the company or person that engages us to provide the Services.
- Services — the training programs, coaching and related materials we provide.
- Program — a specific package such as Team Essentials, Business Growth or Executive Enterprise, or a custom project agreed with the Client.
- Participant — an employee or individual enrolled in a Program.
3. Our services
We provide bespoke corporate Spanish programs delivered on-site, online or hybrid. The three standard programs are starting points; scope, intensity and delivery are tailored per Client. We may use qualified trainers and subcontractors to deliver the Services, in each case under confidentiality obligations.
4. Proposals, quotes & custom pricing
The prices shown on our website (such as "from £4,250", "from £10,200" and "from £17,000") are starting points only. Final pricing for every engagement — including any custom project — is calculated individually based on headcount, number of tasks or role tracks, intensity, locations and objectives, and is confirmed in a written proposal.
A proposal becomes binding when accepted by the Client in writing.
5. Fees & payment
- Fees are stated in GBP (British pounds sterling) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
- Programs may require an advance payment before commencement.
- Late payment may lead to suspension of the Services.
6. Scheduling, rescheduling & cancellation
- Sessions are scheduled together with the Client.
- Rescheduling requests should be made with reasonable notice (e.g. at least 24–48 hours in advance).
- Sessions cancelled with insufficient notice may be treated as delivered.
- Sessions missed by Participants are not refundable.
7. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information for the language audit.
- Ensure that Participants attend and engage with the Program.
- Provide a suitable environment and technology for sessions.
- Designate a contact person for the engagement.
8. Intellectual property
All training materials, curricula, methods and content remain the intellectual property of Parler Pro and are licensed to the Client solely for internal training use. They may not be copied, resold or redistributed without our prior written permission.
9. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other party's confidential information secret and use it only for the purposes of the engagement. Parler Pro handles personal data in line with its Privacy Policy.
10. Warranties & disclaimers
We provide the Services with reasonable skill and care. We do not warrant any specific language-proficiency outcome, as results depend on Participant engagement. To the extent permitted by law, the Services are otherwise provided "as is".
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parler Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant Program. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Term & termination
Either party may terminate for a material breach that is not remedied within a reasonable notice period. Fees for Services already delivered remain payable. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, confidentiality and limitation of liability — survive termination.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law, and the courts of Paris, France have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of our services or this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
